How It All Works
Our core staff works with over 20 dedicated and talented coaches. Together with the players and their families, our organization works within a framework to develop individual and team success.

Vicki Movsessian |
Founder of the Spitfires program... Now serves as a mentor to players... Works with core staff members to ensure the mission and philosophy of the organization are consistently instilled and reinforced... 1994 Graduate of Providence College, Magna Cum Laude in Business... Former Assistant Coach at Northeastern University... Member of the U.S. Women's National Team from 1993-1997... Member of the 1998 U.S. Olympic Gold Medal Women's hockey team.

Larry Movsessian |
Has been an integral part of the Spitfires program for the past 11 seasons... Currently serves as our Coaching and Skills Director as well as our U19 Major 1 Head Coach... Was an offensive standout and team captain at Arlington Catholic High School... Competed at the collegiate level at UMASS Boston and played junior hockey with the South Shore Braves... Shares his passion of the game and sincere desire to educate with every coach and player in the Spitfires organization.

Karen McCabe |
Has been with the program since its inception in 2003 and now serves as Assistant Program Director and Assistant Coach for our U16 and U19 teams... Skates practices with teams at all levels and works with Spitfire players on a one on one basis... Awarded her MBA from Northeastern University in 2000... 1996 Graduate of Providence College, earning a degree in Computer Science... Was a defensive standout at Providence College and a member of three ECAC Championships... Also serves as Girls Hockey Head Coach at Newton North High School.

Andrea Boudreau
Has been with our program since its inception in 2003 and now serves as an Assistant Coach for our U16 and U19 teams... Also an Assistant Coach for the girls hockey team at Westwood High School... 1995 Graduate of  Brown University... Was an offensive standout at Brown University where she was selected as an Academic All Ivy All Star in 1994 and 1995.

Hilary Greaves
Has been with our program since 2005 and now serves as the Head Coach for our U14 A team and a mentor to players at all levels... Attending graduate school at Rhode Island College... 2005 graduate of Providence College, earning a degree in Social Sciences... Member of three-time consecutive Hockey East Tournament Champion Providence College in 2003, 2004 and 2005... Co-recipient of the PC's 2002 Most Improved Player Award... Attended the 2000 and 2001 USA Junior National Camps in Lake Placid, N.Y.

Kim Knox I
